Sorry for being out of touch! We’ve been super busy in the studio over the past few months. Here are some recent highlights:<\/p>\n
1. Frontierville has been chosen as a finalist in the “Best Audio For An Online Game” category for the 2011 Game Developers Choice Online Awards. More info here<\/a>.<\/p>\n 2. Mike has partnered with HiFINESSE MUSIC and SOUND and is currently composing a number of epic tracks to be released for use in theatrical trailers. Current placements include THOR, True Grit, Black Swan, Red Riding Hood, Captain America, Inception, Salt and more.<\/p>\n 3. Production on many games continues with additional upcoming and current releases. Look for “The Penguins of Madagascar: Dr. Blowhole Returns<\/a>” on Nintendo DS with Mike’s music (contracted through SomaTone Interactive Audio). Another game to look for is War Commander<\/a>, a fun new Facebook RPG. Next, a new social game featuring Mike’s music (as well as guitar, mandolin and banjo picking) called “The Pioneer Trail” has been released. Last we checked, this game has 22,166,333 active monthly users! Here’s an overview<\/a>. Finally, there’s a successful new Big Fish Games downloadable PC hidden object game called “The Secrets of Arcelia Island” that Mike composed the music for.
